Mahendra Gianchandani is the VP of Partner Strategy & Customer Success teams at Intelliswift. In this role, he is responsible for driving digital transformation and digital business enablement across multiple industries with APIs, Data Analytics, AI, and ML.
Mehndra’s 23 years of experience entails holding leadership positions with prominent IT organizations. Prior to Intelliswift, he was VP Customer Success and Technical Operations at Interana with a portfolio of Customer Success & Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Implementation, Solution Architecture, Operations, and Success Engineering. Previously, he was the Global Head of Customer Success at Mashery - TIBCO, where he built a high performing Customer-Centric group, driving digital business enablement and adoption across multiple industries. Prior to that, he was Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions with P&L responsibility for running and growing customers in Media, Communications, and Technology sectors. He was also the Head of Client Relations and Business Development, Americas at Cymbal - Patni and Engineering Manager at Telcontar.
Mahendra received a BS degree in Computer Science from Pune University and an MBA from SFSU.
