Role Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on tickets and ensure meet 100% SLA
- Support day to day Operations
- Support Engineer for Applications/Services in scope
- Ensure 100% availability of the applications/services
- Analyze the issue in the pre-prod & Prod environments and provide the resolutions.
- Should be able to drive/support in meeting/bridge.
- Working experience with Cloud and DevOps Environments.
- Cloud Knowledge, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, GIT Lab
- Nice to have - AppDynamics, Splunk, Mongo DB/Atlas
